When Can You Request a Return?

We accept returns in the following situations:

• Design Mistakes: The delivered products do not correspond to the approved proof.
• Damaged Goods: Items are damaged during production or shipping.
• Defective Products: Defects in printing, structure, or components.

Exceptions:

• Damage after the delivery or misuse by the customer due to improper use.
• Approved specifications that do not meet subjective preferences.

How to Start the Return Process

Step 1: Reach Out to Us

Contact us via e-mail and indicate your order number, provide a comprehensive explanation of the issue and why you’re requesting the return. Clearly and precisely detailed information will help us solve your case in an efficient way.

Step 2: Visual Support

Include any clear and quality images of how the problem materialized. Printing defects or structurally damaged parts are well highlighted by these types of documentation as they enable assessment and action appropriate to the conditions.

Step 3: Our Assessment and Approval

After reviewing your request and evidence, we will inform you via email if your return is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions to guide you through the next steps.

Step 4: Send the Product Back

Repackage the item securely to prevent further damage during transit. Use the provided return label and ship the package within 5 business days of receiving our approval.

Refund Options

Full Refund Eligibility

You’re entitled to a full refund if:

• The product is defective or incorrect based on the approved proof.
• You cancel your order before production begins.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply when:

• Only part of the order is defective.
• After approval but before production, adjustments are asked for.

The refund will take 7 to 10 working days from when the returned product has been examined and confirmed.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Items matching the approved design proof.
• Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided details.

Can I Cancel My Order?

• Within 24 hours: A full refund is possible.
• After 24 Hours (Before Production): 20% processing fee applies.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy for Minor Issues

If your return request is ineligible but minor errors are present (e.g., small design misalignments), we may offer a replacement at a discounted rate. Our team will work closely with you to determine a fair resolution and provide timelines for production and delivery.
